Backbone Food Farm

Casselman Creamery

Casselman Creamery is a locally owned Creamery specializing in artisanal cow's milk cheeses made from the rich milk of a small dairy farm in the Casselman River Valley.  We'll be set up by DeBerry Farm Fresh Produce.

Henry Farm

Henry Farm is a family farm near Morgantown and will bring fresh vegetables, berries, and pumpkins to the market.

Just Simply

Based in Morgantown, Tracy and Jennifer bring together the love of tasty baked goods and allergy friendly choices.  We feel that if we can bake really great tasting treats then it doesn't matter if it happens to be sourdough, gluten friendly, dairy free and/or vegan.  Good food is what we're all about and you can taste it.​

Lee Farms

David & Nancy Lee sell apples, peaches, cider, and more from their orchard near Fairmont, along with eggs and fresh produce.  ​

Maryland Line Farm

Sam Horrocks sells fresh produce and maple syrup from his farm near Hazelton.

Moyo Farms

Originally from South Africa, Douglas and his wife moved to West Virginia and started Moyo Farms.  Moyo Farms has a variety of vegetables and fresh herbs!​

Neighborhood Kombuchery

​Dr. Andrew Rhodes and Carissa Herman opened the kombuchery in 2019 to make healthy, delicious West Virginia kombucha. ​

Michael Oliverio sells microgreens from his operation near Masontown. ​

Patty's Pastries

Patty Strickler sells delightful baked goods, including fresh doughnuts, breads, sweets, and more from her home in Independence. ​

R&A Honey and Bees

Rick & April Knotts sell honey from their farm near Parsons. ​

Becoming a Morgantown Farmers Market Vendor: 

​2026-27 applications are due March 1, 2026.

Each year, the Board releases rules and applications in January/February.  Please read through our rules to see if your products are potentially allowed at our market.  

Our market exists to benefit local farmers.  All products sold at the market must contain locally produced ingredients/components. 
  • Download the Application (due March 1, 2026)​
  • Complete all sections of the application.
  • Gather all required additional documentation (permits, licenses, etc.)
  • Submit before the deadline, along with payment and all required documentation.
  • You can submit the application one of two ways:
    • via email (preferred method):  save the completed pdf document, then be sure to print and sign then scan the signature page and send that along at the same time. Also include scans of all required documentation. DO NOT email a scanned copy of any document that includes your social security number, as email is not secure.
    • via a paper copy:  Mail a printed completed and signed copy, and include copies of all required documentation.  If you submit a paper copy of your application materials, do not staple any of the pages.  A single paperclip will suffice.
  • Your application will be reviewed for completeness and adherence to the market rules for membership.  
  • First-time vendors must have a verification visit to determine that your products qualify under the market rules and that the production area(s) are within the market vendor boundaries.
  • If approved, vendors will be notified immediately and will be told when they qualify to begin attending the markets for the season.
  • Vendors must apply each year to be a member of the market.
